Job Details

Security Field Supervisor

$20.00/Hour

Join our growing security team as a Security Field Supervisor overseeing security operations across New York and New Jersey. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is dependable, organized, and able to work independently while supporting security officers in the field.

Schedule:

Saturday - Wednesday | 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Some nights you will work alongside other field supervisors, primarily covering Nassau and Suffolk Counties. On other nights, you may be the sole supervisor on duty and will oversee operations throughout Long Island, New York City (Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx, and White Plains), and New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance visits.
• Respond to client requests, emergencies, and call-offs.
• Support, train, and coach security officers.
• Complete reports and communicate with management.
• Ensure post orders and company policies are followed.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Valid Security Guard Registration.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel between multiple client locations.
• Previous supervisory or security experience preferred.
