IMAC Support Technician

Imac Technician

Principal duties and responsibilities include:

Imac

Installation and moving of PC equipment as well as preparing equipment for disposal
Printer and other peripheral installation maintenance and troubleshooting
Configure and deploy corporate mobile devices
Telecommunications and data communications port requests cross connects IP phone installation
Update inventory tool with changes

Break Fix

Troubleshoot repair and maintain software applications OS printers peripherals and infrastructure
Escalation from head disk for OS and application support including in-house third party applications and market data applications
24/7 infrequently the person will have to come in after hours evenings weekends to repair systems or troubleshoot problems
Participate in outage escalation
Provide vendor escort

Floor Support

Ensure that organization's policies and procedures are followed by communicated to and adhered to
Create and maintain support documentation
Interacting with other support groups within the firm across multiple platforms
Assist CSS with receiving it equipment from the loading dock, update
Multimedia support assist in town hall setup or big office events
Support on asset management until disposal events ensuring all controls are released aligned to firm policies
Support of multiple business units

Skills Required

Microsoft Office 365
PC hardware, Client laptop MacBook and mobile support required
Experience with remote access including secure ID virtual PCs Citrix and VPN
