Fort Worth Nissan is looking to hire a Receptionist . Duties include, but are not limited to: Greets customers and guests at the dealership, determines the nature of their business and directs them to the appropriate person or department. Answers basic inquiries, routes incoming calls, takes messages and provides basic information to all callers, and other ad hoc duties assigned by the manager. Monday - Friday 3pm - 8pm Saturday 8:30 - 8pm Our company offers a great benefits package with 401k, growth opportunities, and first class customer service. Please apply! - Excellent phone skills-must be able to answer calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure a high quality, effective and professional experience for every customer
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and other desktop software helpful.
- Strong attention to detail with strong documentation skills.
