Position Details Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant (PRN/Casual) Location: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well by implementing occupational therapy programs and activities, following developed recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments. You will address each patient as an individual, execute a program to restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities and independence, adapt to their needs, and collaborate with peers. You will put patients first and ensure patients and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
