Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $75 - $52.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and craft personalized outpatient physical therapy plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to boost strength, mobility, and balance
- Apply manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education techniques
- Monitor progress and fine-tune treatment plans for optimal outcomes
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless, coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation to uphold clinic standards
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Arizona (or compact privilege)
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- CPR/BLS certification (if required by clinic)
- Outpatient experience is a plus but not required - we welcome new grads too
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

- Physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning
- Manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
- Neuromuscular re-education and patient education
- Clinical documentation and rehabilitation techniques
- Collaboration and interdisciplinary communication
