At our office, our ultimate goal is simple: to love people well and help bring restoration through exceptional dental care. We are seeking a caring, motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team and serve our wonderful patients in a positive, encouraging environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, removing plaque, applying fluoride treatments, and providing periodontal care
- Taking digital and 3D x-rays
- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and providing personalized recommendations for dental care
- Allowing ample time for new patients to ensure the highest quality of care
- Administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide, when permitted
- Documenting patient care and treatment plans in electronic medical records
- Following HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
