Job Details Responsibilities Lead electrical design efforts on medium to large mission critical and data center projects Collaborate closely with clients, internal design teams, and contractors Oversee and mentor junior engineers and support their professional development Develop and review electrical system designs including power distribution and redundancy strategies Prepare fee proposals and assist with project budgeting and financial tracking Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and client requirements Support project execution from concept through construction Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program Licensed Professional Engineer required 16 or more years of progressive electrical engineering experience Proven experience leading mission critical or data center projects Strong knowledge of power distribution systems including UPS, generators, medium voltage switchgear, and transfer switches Experience with electrical system topologies such as Tier III, Tier IV, N plus 1, and 2N Familiarity with codes and standards including NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and ANSI TIA Experience with SCADA systems and automated control of critical equipment Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to mentor and develop junior staff U.S. Citizenship required Ability to obtain or hold a TS SCI clearance Preferred Experience with ETAP or SKM Revit experience, especially in complex power system design Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
