Overview Assistant Meat Manager — join our dynamic team as the right-hand person to the Meat Manager. Help oversee the daily activities of the meat department, ensure product quality and freshness, manage inventory, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will also assist in merchandising efforts to highlight the meat department within the store. Responsibilities Assist in ordering and stocking meat products. Maintain appropriate inventory levels and minimize waste. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Support the Meat Manager in daily operations and team leadership. Implement merchandising strategies to promote the meat department. Qualifications Strong background in meat processing and retail. Leadership skills to inspire and manage a team.
