About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Campus Recruiter to support early career hiring initiatives and build strong partnerships with colleges and universities. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for internship and entry-level hiring while serving as a brand ambassador at campus events and student engagement activities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, outgoing, and passionate about connecting students and recent graduates with career opportunities. This position requires strong communication skills, event coordination experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, career services teams, faculty, and student organizations.
- Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies to attract early career talent.
- Source candidates using recruiting platforms, networking, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, campus events, networking sessions, and recruiting initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute recruiting events, presentations, and candidate engagement activities.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including resume review, phone screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting insights and market trends.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting activity within applicant tracking and CRM systems.
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media engagement and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting on hiring activity and pipeline performance.
- Create presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams and cross-functional stakeholders on hiring initiatives and projects.
- Assist with recruiting efforts outside of early talent hiring as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, campus recruiting, or a related field preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting to student groups and professional audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, or CRM tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel for campus recruiting events and career fairs.
