Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Welder role located in Spartanburg, SC. The Welder will fabricate and assemble metal components and structures according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders. Day-to-day tasks include setting up welding equipment, performing various welding processes, inspecting welds for quality and accuracy, and finishing parts as required. The role involves reading and interpreting technical documents, measuring and preparing materials, and collaborating with production and quality teams to meet project specifications and deadlines. The Welder will also follow all safety policies, maintain a clean work area, and perform routine equipment checks. Qualifications Strong welding skills, including Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding. Knowledge of Materials used in sheet metal assemblies and weldments, including properties and proper handling. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols. Experience with fabrication tools, measuring instruments, and basic metal finishing techniques. Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks safely. Previous experience in industrial, aerospace, or power generation manufacturing environments is beneficial.
