• 6-hour shifts -- 7 on / 7 off schedule
• 6 - 10 patients per shift
• Hospital setting -- new site opening soon
• Solo provider coverage
• Low acuity Med/Surg patients
• Procedures performed -- low acuity level
• Stroke certified hospital
• ACLS and BLS certification required
