If that sounds like you, please apply.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial roofing projects from contract award through project completion and closeout.Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful execution.Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.Lead project kickoff meetings and maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders.Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and schedule conflicts proactively.Review and approve project invoices, purchase orders, change orders, and subcontract agreements.Track and manage project profitability and financial performance.Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and forecasting.Ensure all projects comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.Collaborate with estimating and operations teams during project handoff and execution.Required QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of project management experience in commercial roofing, construction, or related trades.Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, scheduling, and project controls.Experience managing project budgets, contracts, change orders, and procurement activities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.Commercial roofing industry experience.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
