Infra Lead: Kubernetes + Multi-Cloud Security (HIPAA)

TechTree is recruiting for a fast-growing client in a regulated environment to fill the Head of Infrastructure role. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor position focused on building, securing, and scaling the infrastructure stack across multiple clouds.
You will own Kubernetes clusters on AWS and GCP, implement HIPAA-compliant security practices, and lead observability, incident response, and IaC adoption with Pulumi.
This role offers remote work options across Europe, LatAm, or the US.
