Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will help to deter security-related incidents while reflecting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response support at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and/or restricted areas, verifying credentials and reporting access concerns in accordance with post orders and client-directed procedures.
• Support security-related operations by preparing reports, maintaining activity logs, and communicating observations, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
