IT Integration Solution Architect & Manager

Salary: $92,000 - 132,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Commerce, plus six years of experience in roles such as Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, Integration Manager, or IT Production Manager focused on integration.
• We will also consider a three-year bachelors degree in one of the fields listed above.
• Your background must include middleware integration for Infor Operating, Localization, and LN Tax Service platforms, as well as hands-on use of IBM WebSphere Message Queue, Azure, and Microsoft SQL Server technologies.
• You should have experience managing integration activities and technical support teams supporting global supply chain and ERP environments.
• Up to 20% international travel is required.
• You must be able to telecommute from home within the continental U.S.

• We manage the integration architecture and development lifecycle from initial concept through final delivery.
• We collaborate with IT stakeholders across multiple integration layers, including enterprise and solution architects, infrastructure service managers, and consultants.
• We define and maintain high-level end-to-end integration solution designs within our middleware frameworks.
• We support existing integration platforms while helping adopt new platforms across our IT landscape.
• We establish design principles and maintain technical documentation for end-to-end integration solutions.
• We support the Infor Operating Service platform and integrate a wide range of applications and systems with our global ERP environment.
• We oversee and execute integration activities for the Infor OS middleware stack, including the document management module.
• We guide the design and implementation of integration solutions using Microsoft Azure and IBM Message Queue.
• We help drive the adoption of SAP S/4HANA for supply chain and ERP transformation initiatives.
• We set standards, guidelines, and strategy for Infor OS-based integration technologies.
• We provide technical expertise to advance integration work and close assessment gaps.
• We maintain a complete interface catalogue across the IT landscape and act as the design authority for additions or changes.
• We lead projects to create new interfaces or extend existing ones, ensuring applications run effectively together.
• We oversee external supplier support and ensure adherence to our design principles and standards.
• We work closely with functional design teams to clarify and document interface requirements.
• We review physical interface designs to confirm compliance with our standards or resolve exceptions.
• We define standards for system administration, monitoring, reporting, and outage contingency planning for the Infor OS integration platform.
• We regularly assess the integration framework and shape continuous improvement strategies to meet current and future business needs.
• We establish integration principles, strategies, standards, guidelines, patterns, conventions, and documentation requirements for Infor OS.
