This position will primarily take place within a remote setting, enabling you to assist families and children while maintaining a work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children’s developmental needs, ensuring adherence to established federal and state regulations.

• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with families, clearly outlining support strategies and goals tailored to each child’s unique developmental path.

• Monitor and evaluate family progress in achieving developmental milestones, adapting plans as necessary based on the evolving needs of the child and family.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and natural learning environment methods to coach families in strategies that support their children’s growth and development.

• Provide ongoing support and education to families, offering resources and tools necessary to foster healthy emotional and developmental outcomes for their children.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and ethical guidelines, prioritizing the health and safety of the families we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will primarily work with families and their children, particularly those facing developmental delays and disabilities. Our focus is on empowering babies and toddlers, approximately aged from birth to three years, assisting them in acquiring critical skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. Your work will directly impact these young lives, providing essential support and resources to families during a pivotal stage of their children’s development.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work is required; a Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is preferred.
