Office Manager

$26 - $28 per hour

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the corporate office, ensuring efficiency, organization, and a professional work environment. This role supports executive leadership, corporate departments, and regional teams by managing office functions, coordinating vendors, maintaining office resources, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced property management environment.REPORTS TO: Talent & Engagement ManagerPRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:Direct daily corporate office operations by managing incoming calls, mail services, office logistics, and administrative processes to support organizational effectivenessSupport all Department Heads and Executives and Regional Manager TeamEstablish and maintain office procedures, systems, and workflow processesEnsure the corporate office environment is professional, organized, and fully operational at all timesServe as the primary point of contact for office-related matters, vendors, and internal teamsCoordinate corporate meetings, leadership calendars, and office-wide communicationsSupport onboarding logistics, employee records coordination, and internal team needsPromote effective communication between corporate office and onsite property teamsManage vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related projectsOversee office budget, track expenses, and support invoice processing and approvalsAssist with coordination of property management administrative processes, documentation, and reportingSupport RFP coordination, bid tracking, and vendor communication as neededHelp plan and coordinate company events, training, and corporate initiativesMaintain records, reports, and documentation related to office operations and administrative functionsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivityPrepare periodic operational and administrative reportsOther tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as neededREQUIREMENTS:Regular and physical attendance is requiredDesire to deliver an exceptional employee, vendor, and leadership support experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing requestsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of professionalism and discretionStrong attention to detail and operational executionAbility to work independently and proactivelyBachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred but not required.3–5+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience (property management preferred)High level of competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel and Canva.Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi) a plusPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of timeConstantly computer and other office productivity equipmentOccasionally lift/move/carry up to 25lbs with/without assistanceFrequently lift/move/carry up to 5lbsConstantly communicating and exchange information with employees, vendors, and visitorsAbility to observe details at close rangeConstantly work in low to moderate noiseEligibility Requirements:Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States; andMust be willing to submit to a background investigation.Salary Range: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour, DOE.Benefits:100% Employee coverage options for Medical, Dental, Vision.401(k) plan with employer matchRobust Paid Time off benefits: Vacation, Sick Days, Holidays and Personal Days.Employee Assistance programTuition AssistanceDependent Care and Medical Flexible Spending AccountsLife & AD&D InsurancePet InsuranceEmployee Exclusive DiscountsLucrative referral bonus programFree parking #J-18808-Ljbffr GHP Management Corporation
