We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. You will assist healthcare providers with daily clinical operations, manage patient flow, and ensure a patient-friendly, organized environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome, prepare, and room patients for clinical appointments. Assist providers with patient care activities within your authorized scope of practice. Coordinate patient follow-up, referrals, and chronic care management activities. Scan, organize, and maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation. Monitor, restock, clean, and sterilize medical equipment and clinical supplies. Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff to support efficient patient care. Qualifications & Skills Required: Appropriate LPN education/qualifications OR Medical Assistant education/training/experience, with the ability to perform duties within the applicable scope of practice. Preferred: Prior experience in a physician’s office or outpatient clinic; familiarity with patient rooming, referral coordination, infection prevention, and chronic care management. Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, compassionate customer service, and effective communication with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
