Corridor Capital Partners is a boutique real estate investment firm focused on industrial properties across Virginia. We are a small, fast-moving team looking for part-time help to manage day-to-day operations and tasks. This job can be done fully remotely. Who You Are Organized and detail-oriented - we’re looking for someone who enjoys building structure and making sure nothing falls through the cracks Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic financials Proactive - you take initiative without waiting for direction A clear and consistent communicator who can manage lots of threads at once Bookkeeping or operations/adamin experience is a plus, but attitude and attention to detail is what we really care about What You’ll Do Keep our internal systems clean and current Handle rent, invoices, and payment tracking Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships for all our properties This is a part-time role (10–20 hrs/week) with a flexible schedule and remote work.
