Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and versatile Marketing Support Specialist to support our marketing team across visual design, brand development, content creation, social media, and marketing initiatives .

This role is ideal for someone with a strong design background who is also interested in broader marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual aesthetics and branding, while being comfortable creating content, supporting social media, and assisting with day-to-day marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design & Brand Support

• Support the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity and visual direction
• Design logos, brand assets, marketing materials, merchandise, apparel, packaging, and promotional materials
• Create graphics and visual content for social media, websites, advertisements, product launches, and events
• Develop original artwork, illustrations, creative concepts, and visual compositions
• Ensure consistent branding across digital and physical marketing materials
• Prepare production-ready artwork for print and digital applications
• Support product launches and marketing campaigns with creative assets

Social Media & Content

• Support the management of the company's social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and organization
• Create social media graphics, captions, and other visual and written content
• Assist with short-form video, reels, and other social media content
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for new content and creative campaigns
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across social platforms
• Track basic social media performance and provide insights for content improvement

General Marketing Support

• Support product launches, promotions, trade shows, events, and other marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and other teams to develop marketing materials
• Organize and maintain marketing assets, creative files, templates, and brand resources
• Assist with website updates and other digital marketing tasks
• Support influencer, media, and other marketing partnerships as needed
• Stay up to date with design trends, social media platforms, content trends, and emerging marketing tools
• Take on other marketing projects and creative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communications, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, content creation, or a related role preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, branding, logo design, merchandise design, and creative work
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, composition, color, layout, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong visual communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Creative mindset with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
