Member Services Lead: Real Estate Lead Qualifier

Costar Inc

CoStar is seeking a Member Services Lead Qualification Specialist in Richmond, Virginia, responsible for engaging high-priority inbound leads and qualifying them for member agents. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in call center, lead generation, or sales, preferably in real estate. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
