Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine driving patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support daily operations through strong communication, customer service, and teamwork while bringing our agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first values to every shift.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by location procedures, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations.
• Support site operations by communicating with supervisors and location personnel, maintaining accurate logs, and assisting with routine security-related checks of gates, doors, and restricted areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
