Senior Superintendent - Ground Up Construction

Projects span multifamily, commercial, industrial, higher education, and data center or mission-critical construction, and placement is matched to your background and sector experience. Job Description The Senior Superintendent will hold overall responsibility for field operations on ground-up projects in the greater Phoenix area, leading the field team across one or more sectors, from multifamily to commercial, industrial, higher education, and data center or mission-critical work. Select Responsibilities Hold overall responsibility for project field success, including safety, schedule, quality, and profitability Develop schedules, determine sequencing, and implement recovery strategies as needed Provide daily correspondence to the Project Manager on progress and performance Maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Interface with local jurisdiction inspectors and city and county officials Enforce jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings Delegate tasks to and mentor assistant superintendents and field staff Ideal Candidate Minimum 5 years as a lead or senior superintendent on ground-up projects Ground-up experience in one or more of the following: multifamily, commercial, industrial, higher education, or data center and mission-critical projects Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office What's on Offer A strong benefits package including company vehicle or allowance, and bonuses A healthy pipeline of ground-up work across multiple sectors A collaborative, quality-focused team culture #J-18808-Ljbffr Scott Humphrey Corporation
