What You'll Do
- Provide advanced nursing care to acutely ill patients in a critical care environment
- Monitor patients requiring Q1H or more assessments, interventions, and evaluations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments following protocols and physician orders
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively
- Document patient status and care activities accurately and thoroughly
- Support early recovery and stabilization of critically ill patients
What You Need
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of ICU or CCU experience
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment
