I. Job SummaryManages the activities of Inside Sales teams supporting a designated geographic WM Tier within respective sales channel. Develops and implements sales strategies and programs to meet current and future customer needs and provides guidance and direction to sales managers and Inside Sales Representatives.II. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelops, maintains, and reinforces the corporate sales strategy and operating model for the assigned sales channel across a designated geographic WM Tier.Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction on all sales transactions.Communicates and works with Market Area Sales Managers and WM Tier specific ASDs to help resolve unique customer issues.Ensure sales managers and Inside Sales Representatives meet or exceed established sales goals and performance objectives.Forecasts staffing needs, recruits qualified candidates, and partners with sales managers throughout the interview and selection process. Develops and implements retention strategies that improve employee engagement, reduce attrition, and support long-term workforce stability. Develops and executes ongoing training that provides both formal training and informal coaching sessions. Encourages feedback and is available to answer questions, provide direction and/or help when needed. Updates reference material as appropriate.Participates in training and coaching the Inside Sales staff.Assists in the communication and maintenance of the Corporate pricing and service strategies.Ensure teams consistently follow established processes and standards for maintaining accurate customer records, including prospect data, contracts, orders, and service documentation.Other duties as assigned.III. Qualifications A. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing or related field or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and three years of business-to-business sales management experience.Three years of business-to-business sales management experience and two years of inside sales management experience (in addition to education requirement)B.
