As a valued member of a collaborative educational team, youll conduct speech and language assessments, develop individualized plans, and provide direct therapy to a diverse caseload of approximately 60 students. Your expertise will support progress, growth, and success for learners who rely on your guidance. Desired Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA Texas licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Strong experience in K-12 settings, with comfort traveling between sites Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and effectively prioritize student needs Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language services onsite to students identified for intervention Conduct thorough evaluations and document findings in accordance with district standards Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to develop and implement IEPs Partner with families to provide updates and support carryover of communication strategies Maintain meticulous records and meet all state and federal guidelines Participate in meetings and professional development activities as required This position offers a supportive environment and the opportunity to interact directly with the Coordinator of Evaluations during the interview process.
