HireQuest Direct is currently seeking certified flaggers to support ongoing and upcoming projects throughout Washington state. If you are reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work, we want to hear from you!

Schedule: Day shifts (hours may vary based on project needs)

Employment Type: Temporary / Project-Based (with ongoing opportunities)

Responsibilities

Control traffic flow in construction and work zones

Maintain a safe environment for workers, pedestrians, and drivers

Follow state and company safety procedures at all times

Communicate effectively with crew members and the public

Requirements

Valid WA State Flagger Certification card, or approved reciprocal flagger certification

Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather

Strong attention to safety and situational awareness

Dependability and punctuality

Transportation

Access to a personal vehicle is highly recommended due to varying and sometimes remote job locations.
