Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, documenting vital signs, and performing routine medical procedures Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including medical charts and resident data Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently Requirements Active & good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri Experience working in a long-term care/skilled nursing or related nursing setting.
