Roles and Responsibilities:  
- Operate and monitor various types of machinery to ensure safe and efficient production. 
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machines to prevent downtime. 
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve product quality. 
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment. 
- Document production data and report any issues or anomalies to supervisors. 
- Assist in training new team members on machine operations and safety practices. 

Experience Level:  
- Preferred experience level is 2+ years in a manufacturing or industrial setting. 

Desired Skills:  
You should possess strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues. Effective communication and teamwork are essential, as we value collaboration in achieving our goals. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.
