At Paragon Insurance Group , we’re looking for a Client Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will ensure that every client’s experience is smooth and their needs are met on time and with precision. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining communication with clients, managing account requests, and ensuring our team stays organized and on track.

$55,000 - $65,000

• Serve as a central point of contact for clients, managing their inquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Organize and maintain client files, ensuring accurate and timely documentation for easy access and review.
• Coordinate the scheduling and processing of renewals, claims, and service requests.
• Assist with tracking policies, billing, and payments, and ensure smooth follow-ups on outstanding items.
• Support the account management team in managing client relationships and ensuring all tasks and deadlines are met.
• Work collaboratively with leadership and various departments to ensure clients’ needs are always prioritized.

• An individual who has a background in client service or administrative support, ideally with insurance industry experience.
• A highly organized, proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
