Manager, Clinical Research - Ambulatory Infusion Unit

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Clinical Research Nurse Manager to lead clinical research operations, elevate quality patient care, and support a high-performing team in a dynamic oncology research environment. This is an opportunity for a nursing leader who is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact on patients enrolled in clinical trials.Responsibilities:· Lead day-to-day clinical research nursing operations within the Clinical Research Unit. · Drive excellence in patient care, safety, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes.· Manage staffing, coaching, performance development, and team engagement.· Partner across departments to support research protocols and protocol patient care.· Contribute to strategic planning, implementations of new services and budget stewardship.· Support education and clinical research readiness across inpatient and outpatient teams.QualificationsYour qualifications should include: Education: BSN or MSNLicensure: CA RN LicenseExperience: 3-5 years oncology nursing experience1-2 years of Supervisor experience Preferred: Clinical research experienceOCN or AOCN CertificationCity of Hope employees pay is based on the following criteria: work experience, qualifications, and work location.City of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.To learn more about our Comprehensive Benefits, pleaseCLICK HERE.Job Field: Clinical Trials OperationsShift: Days
