Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with strong expertise in healthcare RCM, Workforce Management (WFM), SQL, and Databricks. The ideal candidate will support the development of workforce analytics, productivity reporting, inventory management, and operational reporting solutions. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, RCM operations teams, data engineers, and reporting teams to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Strong understanding of claims lifecycle, medical billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), denials management, payment posting, inventory management, and productivity reporting.
• Expert-level SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, query optimization, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and large healthcare datasets.
• Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Data Platform, data lakes, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of WFM concepts, including capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, real-time management, and productivity measurement.
• Experience with healthcare operational reporting and analytics.
