PHILLIPS HOME IMPROVEMENTS is seeking an energetic, Spanish-speaking, problem-solving, results-oriented Residential Remodel Installation Manager to run our Production Department, ensuring that customers are 100% WOWed, budgets are met and projects are turned in a timely manner when we serve their painting (interior and exterior), gutter, roofing, window, garage floor coating and carpentry needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Saturdays as needed

Supplemental Pay:

Requirements

• Arrives in Field or at the Office 7:30 a.m. daily
• Clean driving record
• Speaks Spanish Fluently!
• Ability to listen to customer needs
• Ability to climb a ladder with ease to inspect work
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Strong Leadership and Management skills
