Speech Language Pathologist

Role: Speech Language Pathologist, delivering personalized care to older adults in private homes and senior living communities. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to support patient independence, mobility, and wellness. Document patient progress accurately within electronic medical records and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, and fitness specialists. Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place. Utilize telehealth and virtual care to enhance service flexibility and accessibility. Qualifications & Skills Valid state licensure or eligibility in Speech Language Pathology, with a degree from an accredited program. Proficiency with computers and EMR systems, current CPR certification, and ASHA CCC credential. Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting, repositioning patients, and driving between locations.
