Concrete Laborer – Madison, WI
Pay: $20–$30/hr based on experience
Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
Joint Construction is looking for reliable Concrete Laborers to join our team in the Madison area.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with concrete walls and flatwork
- Prepare job sites for concrete work
- Set up and strip forms
- Assist with pouring and finishing concrete
- Load, unload, and move materials
- Use hand and power tools
- Maintain a safe and clean jobsite
Requirements:
- At least 2 year's of concrete or construction experience
- Must be a current Wisconsin resident
- Basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and with a crew
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
