Customer Service Representative Clean Eatz is on a mission to make healthy eating simple, delicious, and accessible and our Front of House Shift Lead is the face of that mission. We're looking for a high-energy, people-first leader who walks through the door ready to bring the energy, engage every guest, and make sure every single interaction leaves people feeling welcomed, informed, and excited about their Clean Eatz experience. You're not just taking orders you're building relationships, educating guests on everything Clean Eatz has to offer, and setting the tone for the entire team during your shift. As a Shift Lead, you are the energy anchor of the front of house. You open or close with confidence, keep the team moving, and ensure guests receive a seamless, personalized experience from the moment they walk in. You know our menu and services inside and out and you love talking about them. Greet every guest with genuine enthusiasm be the reason someone's day gets better Actively educate and guide guests through all Clean Eatz offerings: Caf, Meal Plans, Grab 'N' Go, and Catering Listen to guests' health and lifestyle goals and match them to the right products or services Handle questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a solutions-first attitude Drive add-on sales through informed, confident product recommendations never pushy, always helpful Ensure every transaction is accurate, efficient, and completed with a warm close WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must-Haves High energy, positive attitude, and a genuine love for people you light up a room Exceptional verbal communication skills clear, warm, and confident in every interaction Ability to learn and enthusiastically communicate our full menu and service offerings Strong multitasking skills you can manage a busy caf, a line of questions, and a team simultaneously Dependable, punctual, and ready to lead from the front Previous customer service or retail experience (restaurant or food service a strong plus) Comfort handling point-of-sale systems, cash, and basic daily reporting A genuine passion for or curiosity about health, wellness, and clean eating Nice-to-Haves Prior shift lead, key holder, or supervisory experience Experience in a fast-casual or health-focused food concept Familiarity with meal prep, macro tracking, or nutrition basics Experience with catering inquiries or event coordination Work schedule Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental pay Tips Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Clean Eatz - Dublin 7571 Sawmill Rd, Dublin, OH, 43016
