JOB DESCRIPTION The Dual Property Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of two resort properties in Pigeon Forge. Your primary role involves daily balancing, financial analyses, overseeing cash management and credit transactions, general ledger entries, tax and compliance, accounts payable/receivable, payroll and reporting. With guidance from the Corporate Office and under the Regional Director of the Finance Director, the Dual Property Controller will work closely with the General Managers and the property managers, playing a key leadership role in running an efficient, effective, and profitable operation. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field or equivalent experience Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in a finance leadership role within the hospitality industry Strong financial analysis and reporting skills Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations Proficient in financial management systems and software High attention to detail and strong time management skills Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills BENEFITS Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401k Annual Bonus PTO Paid Holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
