Corporate Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team. This fully remote position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and identifying top talent across a variety of business functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and experienced working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with a strong preference for candidates who have experience using iCIMS.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment from intake meeting through offer and onboarding.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates through various channels.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition activity within the ATS.Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership.Stay current on recruiting trends, market conditions, and sourcing strategies.
