Children’s Therapy Place, Inc. is recruiting for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at our Caldwell clinic. We are an outpatient pediatric therapy practice with locations in the Treasure Valley and Magic Valley, providing speech, occupational, physical, and mental health services, along with ABA a d DDA behavioral and developmental support.Our mission is to support children and those who care for them through collaborative, innovative therapy services. We value compassion, teamwork, and a commitment to helping children reach their potential, and we are seeking individuals who align with our mission and values.The RBT RoleAs an RBT at Children’s Therapy Place, you will provide 1:1 behavior therapy for children and adolescents with autism and related developmental needs. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based, compassionate care.What You'll DoProvide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–21 in the clinic, home, and communityTrack behavior and skill-building progress through daily data collectionSupport clients using BCBA-designed treatment and behavior support plansCommunicate regularly with families and collaborate with a multidisciplinary teamPromote positive skill development, independence, and emotional regulationWhat We Are Looking ForCurrent RBT credentialsWilling to train eligible candidates.Experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs preferredStrong communication, reliability, and teamworkValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insuranceAbility to meet Idaho DHW background check and RBT certification requirementsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Medical InsuranceDental, Vision, and AFLAC401K Retirement Plan including matchPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysQualified candidates must be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
