We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine provider to become part of our expanding practice, following a significant $29 million renovation and expansion.

• Facility: A state-of-the-art 25-bed critical access hospital featuring cutting-edge medical technology, in-house specialists, AI-assisted scribing, specialized clinics, and a dedicated care team.
• Practice Type: A comprehensive family medicine practice with a strong emphasis on outpatient care, while also allowing for the option to manage your own inpatients.
• Work Schedule: Enjoy a true 4-day work week, offering the flexibility to tailor your workload to your preferences, whether you prefer a more relaxed pace or a busier schedule.
• Compensation: A guaranteed base salary of $315,000, along with quarterly bonuses based on wRVU ($58.50 per wRVU), a $100,000 commencement and retention package, over 8 weeks of paid time off, IPERS, malpractice coverage with tail, and additional benefits.
• Income Potential: Current providers in our practice are earning upwards of $600,000.
