Operates dish machine(s) according to Food Safety Standards Operates dishwashing to properly wash and sanitize all dishes and china, silverware, glassware, utensils and cookware Responsible for the set up and maintenance of the pot and pan sink according to Food Safety Standards Production Equipment Washing
- Clean large and small production equipment as directed such as but not limited to:
- Stoves
- Ovens
- Fryers
- Microwaves
- Mixers
- Slicers
- Refrigerator
- Freezers
- Work tables
- Prep sinks
- Hoods and ventilation screens
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION Dishwasher Education: High School Diploma/ GED required One (1) year job related experience Salary Description
