Neurology Territory Business Manager (Overlay), Detroit

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Neurology Franchise in the Detroit area to support product launches and drive demand generation across healthcare providers and specialty pharmacies. The role involves regional market strategy, customer engagement, and sales execution within an established team environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute territory planning and develop local market strategy aligned with launch priorities
- Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional teams on customer strategy and engagement
- Engage with assigned healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy providers
- Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives within assigned geography
- Maintain CRM records and submit timely account plans and activity reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.)
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Neurology sales background strongly preferred
- Proven high-performance sales track record
- Product launch experience
- Knowledge of market access and specialty pharmacy dynamics
- Must reside in Detroit, Ann Arbor, or Warren, Michigan area
Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base
