We are currently looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Gastroenterologist to join our well-established team of eight GI specialists. Situated in the picturesque Washington wine country, this location boasts over 300 days of sunshine, proximity to the Cascade Mountains, abundant outdoor activities, renowned wineries, and a lower cost of living with no state income tax.

The Role:

• Approximately 70% of your time will be dedicated to procedures, with the remaining 30% in the clinic.
• Experience a high volume of procedures with an immediate ramp-up period.
• On-call duties are 1:8, transitioning to minimal call responsibilities.
• No admissions required, thanks to robust hospitalist support.
• Focus on general GI with access to advanced GI backup.
• Work within a physician-led, highly collaborative team environment.
• Benefit from a strong internal referral network.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary ranging from $573,000 to $620,000, plus significant RVU compensation.
• Signing bonus starting at $40,000 along with relocation assistance.
• A monthly benefits stipend of $600.

• Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $10,000 every two years.
