Leading communication strategies for the South region, the full-time salaried Associate Director of Communications will manage executive and change management communications, media relations, and collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance the organization's reputation and employee engagement while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic communication plans in collaboration with market presidents and senior leadership Coordinate regional communication strategies with national activities to ensure alignment and leverage content Project manage communication campaigns, analyze performance, and continuously improve strategies and tactics Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communication, English, Journalism, or a related field 8+ years of corporate communication experience Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience working with local and national news media outlets Proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams
