Aura Staffing Partners is hiring a Per Diem Respiratory Therapist for a healthcare facility in Welch, West Virginia.

Pay Rate:
- $45.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Per diem
- Flexible shifts based on facility needs
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care and treatments to patients of all ages.
- Assess patient respiratory status and recommend appropriate therapies.
- Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and other respiratory procedures.
- Monitor ventilators and other respiratory equipment.
- Respond to respiratory emergencies and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Current West Virginia Respiratory Therapist License
- Current CPR Certification
- Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
