Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Insight Global Insight Global is seeking a Healthcare Administrator to assist in managing the daily operations for our client in Oak Park, Michigan. Our client is a small home healthcare agency serving adults and seniors with disabilities, helping them manage their health at home. This individual will serve as the primary point of accountability for day-to-day management, including staffing, scheduling, billing, payroll, compliance, client relations, and team training. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing both administrative and operational responsibilities in a fast-paced, resource-conscious environment. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Program Oversight: Coordinate and supervise all daily agency operations and care delivery, manage scheduling, and serve as the central point of contact for clients and caregivers. Billing & Payroll: Ensure accurate billing and payroll processing, and maximize billing by utilizing all authorized hours. Human Resources & Staffing: Lead recruitment, hiring, and training of caregivers and nurses, and maintain staff files and compliance. Client Management & Quality Assurance: Conduct client intake and onboarding, develop care plans, perform quality checks, and address service issues. General Administration: Maintain accurate records, oversee agency communications, supply management, and prepare performance reports. This is a permanent position with a salary ranging from $50-$55k.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration Experience with program management and operations management Experience with billing and payroll processing
