About the Position

Current CT Tech State License is required. BLS and ARRT certifications must be valid and up to date. Description: The CT Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging procedures using CT scanners. The role involves preparing patients for scans, ensuring their comfort, and explaining the procedure. Technologists will be responsible for operating the CT scanner and obtaining high-quality images. They must follow safety protocols to protect patients and staff from radiation exposure. Attention to detail is critical for accurate image acquisition and patient assessment. Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with patients and collaborating with the healthcare team. Candidates will be expected to maintain equipment and update patient records as necessary. The position may require rotating shifts based on department needs. Compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies is mandatory. All required certifications and licenses should be maintained throughout employment.
