Job Summary (List Format):
- Position is fully onsite, 5 days per week, in Miami, FL.
- Requires strong hands-on experience administering Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Must have 3+ years of experience leading technical teams, managed service providers (MSP), or enterprise support organizations.
- Responsible for managing support processes, SLAs, incident management, and service delivery metrics.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Office 365, Enterprise Mobility and Security, and Windows endpoint management.
- Involvement in technical system integrations, data flows, and troubleshooting.
- Expected to handle project management and stakeholder communications.
- Must possess excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences.
- Required to utilize strong analytical and reporting skills, including operational dashboard creation.
- Proven ability to architect and deploy enterprise-scale Microsoft workplace solutions.
- Responsible for developing documentation, operational procedures, and training materials.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Security/Compliance/Identity Fundamentals, SC-300, SC-100, SC-200, AZ-305) are highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or QSR environments is a plus.
- No visa restrictions; no background or drug screening required.
- Interviews will be conducted via video.
