Caregiver Positions Available

Golden Care is hiring caregivers in the Ramona and Descanso area. Additionally, we have positions open all over San Diego. South San Diego and North County. From Chula Vista to Fallbrook. We offer flexible hours based on your availability. We offer competitive pay ranging from $20 - $22 an hour, and hands-on paid training (paid at minimum wage) and great benefits to our caregivers as we strive to create a supportive and rewarding work environment for our caregivers.

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older;
• CA Home Care Aid (HCA) Registration or willing to get one
• Current, Negative Tuberculosis (TB) test or willing to get one
• No experience as a caregiver needed.
• Must be able to provide 2 forms of ID such as a Driver's license, Social security, Passport, and or Birth certificate.

Responsibilities:

• Must have a positive attitude and great work ethic;
• Be on time;
• Communicate effectively, and respond to all forms of communication from the office;
• Dress professionally;
• Complete all state-mandated training.
