Lead Producer

Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept through completionManage production timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and client communications across multiple overlapping or simultaneous projectsTranslate creative concepts into executable production plans, collaborating closely with internal design, fabrication, and tech teamsOwn all production workflows, including developing production decks, schedules, staffing plans, site plans, and run-of-showsServe as primary point of contact for clients throughout production process Identify and anticipate potential challenges; proactively troubleshoot issues to maintain schedule and quality standardsNegotiate with and oversee third-party vendors, contractors, and production staffOversee on-site builds, installations, and strike, ensuring all logistics, technical elements, and safety protocols are executed flawlesslyEnsure accurate documentation of project details and post-event wrap-up, including debriefs and budget reconciliationStay current with trends in experiential design, fabrication, and event technologyQualifications:5+ years of hands-on event production experience, ideally in brand activations, experiential, fabrication-based, or tech-driven eventsProven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects from ideation through executionDeep understanding of AV, lighting, staging, fabrication, and permitting processesExcellent communication and leadership skills; confident interfacing with clients and managing teamsProficient in production tools and project management platforms Strong sense of ownership and ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlinesComfortable working irregular hours and traveling as needed for eventsStrong creative instincts and a passion for delivering immersive experiencesExperience working with creative agencies and high-profile brand clients is a plusBasic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, Vectorworks, or SketchUp is a plus
